Joy Division's Penultimate concert shows them as a band in their prime. Everything musically is brilliant from the thundering drums of Steve Morris and the core bass lines of Peter Hook to the whining of the synthesizers played by Bernard Sumner. This really is a brilliant performance! The tape although it isn't perfect is surprising good for an audience recording everything does seem to be in balance nothing overpowers you and there's equal balance on headphones or speakers.
